1. Use of Services
NO DTC provides software, cloud automation, and remote connection capabilities for automotive diagnostic scan tools, workstations, and connected devices. Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Accounts and Authorized Access
Access is authenticated through designated identity or account credentials. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of credentials and authorized connections. Connection identifiers and access credentials must be used solely with authorized equipment.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and brand assets associated with NO DTC™ remain the exclusive property of Salvage Auto Data LLC or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and trademark laws. NO DTC™ is a registered trademark of Salvage Auto Data LLC.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Services, telemetry, and reports are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NO DTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use NO DTC, device connections, or diagnostic reporting.
5. SMS & Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text notifications from NO DTC™:
- Program Description: You agree to receive automated operational and transactional notifications concerning vehicle diagnostic scans, including scan completion notices and human-in-the-loop intervention alerts (such as ignition key positioning and manual VIN entry).
- Single Sender & Operational Scope: All SMS notifications originate exclusively from NO DTC™ (Salvage Auto Data LLC) as first-party automated diagnostic equipment telemetry alerts sent directly to the authenticated technician running the scan. Subscribing organizations have no ability to broadcast or transmit custom SMS messages to third parties or consumers from this number.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on active vehicle diagnostic scan operations.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless service provider and mobile plan.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS alerts within your profile settings. You will receive an automated confirmation message upon unsubscribing.

6. Modifications to Terms
