- Mobile Phone Numbers: Mobile telephone numbers voluntarily provided by authorized users who opt in to receive operational text notifications.
- Vehicle & Diagnostic Telemetry: Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN), year, make, model, diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), odometer readings, and other vehicle or diagnostic telemetry.
- Equipment & Workstation Details: Diagnostic scanner model, workstation identifiers, IP address, connection status, and related equipment data.
2. Use of Information
Information is used to:
- Orchestrate remote automotive diagnostic scans and operations.
- Send transactional operational notifications regarding diagnostic scan progress and technician intervention.
- Synchronize vehicle part identifiers and health with a System of Record (such as an inventory system).

- Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and security of NO DTC.

- No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Strictly Operational Communications: Mobile numbers collected for SMS alerts are used exclusively for transmitting transactional notifications (such as scan completion and technician intervention alerts). We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
User account information is retained for the duration of the active service relationship or as necessary to fulfill operational, security, and legal requirements.
