Step 1 Install the Getscreen Agent

On your diagnostic tool (Android tablet) or workstation (Windows PC), download and install the official remote agent:

For Windows PC workstations, download the Windows agent from getscreen.me/download.

Step 2 Connect to NO DTC

Open the Getscreen app and sign in with the NO DTC connection account:

This connects your device securely to NO DTC and assigns a permanent device identifier.

Step 3 Sign In & Claim Device

Access NO DTC to claim your connected scan tool or PC:

Step 4 Automated Scanning & Verified Evidence

Once your device is claimed, you can start autonomous vehicle scans from the dashboard or via API. NO DTC automatically captures high-resolution annotated screenshots of engine and transmission health, extracts Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), and creates verified diagnostic reports.
